'claude-commands config --template comprehensive-settings.json' is still appending your 'OLD' json file. #5

Is this being supported or should I go elsewhere? Little worried it was just a fun project that doesn't actually work.

It took me a minute, but I found that using claude-commands config --template comprehensive-settings.json was still using the old version (based on looking at both in your repo and comparing the two) - the settings.json file it gives me is the old version, not the new version. However, claude doesn't like your "current" comprehensive version either. The new one still uses improper permissions and tool names.

Any help would be appreciated - or a wave to let me know to move on and not to use this tool. Thanks!
