Issues with latest Web Intents demos

OS Version: 5.1 (Windows XP)
URLs (http://demos.webintents.org/instapaper/index.html , https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/nlaaimjmkjiggpbplaeolciiopmohoag) :
Other browsers tested: Chrome only

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Get an account to Instapaper
2. Install the "Save to Instapaper" extension (URL 2 above)
3. Try the demo (URL 1 above)

What is the expected result?
It should open up the new tab and redirect you to instapaper.

What happens instead?
Opens and closes a new tab, too quickly to see the URL).
No item are added to Instapaper

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if
possible.

Tested in Canary too (18.0.1025.5 canary), with the same results.
