UI Image Flickers in Unity 2019.2

In Unity 2019.2 the Image in Canvas flickers.
This doesn't happen in Game view but only in Scene view.
The flicker is very distracting in Scene view and whole UI Image turns to Pure Black hiding everything behind that UI Image.
