NULL generations for different options

NULLs that are used to generate the results are only used with a single set of results. need to be able to access NULLs generated by different options to be able to compare different methods properly. this is also problematic in the UI where the results are generated using a single set of NULLs regardless of the options chosen

Not every option is affected equally by this. For instance geeq score factor is added after comparison with the NULLS while multifunctionality directly factors into the initial score, therefore effecting NULL distribution
