Player::GetMaxOverheal() approximation is wrong #95

There must be a better/proper way to get maximum overheal than to just take max health and multiply by 1.5. This estimated max overheal (and maybe max health?) is wrong when using weapons like the new GRU, Fists of Steel, etc.
