Document YABA data prep and order of commands 

There should be a page in that I can point data providers to that describes how to prepare and upload data. This would loosely follow the steps outlined in the workflow that uses SQL https://osf.io/v7f9t/wiki/Metadata%20Entry%20Workflow/
