Write column headers to & remove comments from output #168
Description
For clarity, write column headers in SIPNET output
Column headers should:
- be a single line
- contain variable names
- not be commented
- not be used for additional metadata such as units (as in current implementation)
- always be written [or at minimum, written by default]
I do not see a strong use case for files without headers. Perhaps this was an option to support the sensitivity analysis and calibration utilities that were deprecated with the release of SIPNET v2.
