After updating from v1 to v2, app breaks

I uninstalled Fortify v1 and installed Fortify v2.1.0 and it did not work. After debugging, I found the issue: format of config.json changed, so I need to go to the ProgramData/Fortify/config.json and to delete it, then restart Fortify.

Maybe, there is a way to delete ProgramData/Fortify when uninstalling the app and/or to do backwards compatibility check during installation.
