Upgrade dependencies for compatibility with latest Reanimated & FlashList

Feature request

Please upgrade dependencies to support the latest versions of React Native Reanimated and FlashList.

Current behavior

The library is not compatible with the latest releases of Reanimated and FlashList. When upgrading a project, several type errors and runtime issues occur because the versions used here are outdated.

I’ve opened a PR to address this by upgrading React Native, Reanimated, and FlashList to the latest versions:
