Sync pairs get removed on (re-)start

When setting up sync pairs in the proxy's web UI, it writes sync pairs to /home/user/.peergos/sync-config.json, however on restart of the service, the sync pairs disappear in that file and also aren't shown in the web UI

On Fedora 42 KDE:

/opt/peergos/bin/peergos version
