 Minimum Reference Samples for ANEVA-DOT

Hi Team,

I’m using ANEVA-DOT and was wondering what the minimum number of reference samples should be for reliable Vg estimates and accurate dosage outlier detection. Additionally, are there any recommended steps or guidelines for generating our own reference population data if we don't use GTEx?
