Add Origin and Cache Metric pages to the Cache

I am a system administrator who sees that a cache/origin is having a issue and want to dig deeper into that servers metrics.

Add the Cache and Origin metrics view to the Director so that you can peruse lower level metrics for all the servers in one place.
