Train a R10 model

Thank you for providing this nice and very useful tool.
I have a question regarding the use of R10 flow cells in the future.
Will it be possible to use R9 and R10 plant models for deepsignal-plant and deepsignal3?
Can you already estimate when the R10 model will be available?

Would additionally be possible to train a model with R10 and corresponding bisulfite data ourselves?

Hi EpiMuri, sorry for the delay! Our tool deepsignal3 supports R10.4.1 POD5 format now. Please check the deepsignal3 repo for more details if you are still interested.
