oxford_asl hardcodes /tmp using FSL's tmpnam command #557

@tsalo

Description

@tsalo

Summary

This can cause out-of-space errors in a container, since /tmp is part of the container. For now, we will try binding TEMPDIR to /tmp in the container, but in the long run we should shim the tmpnam command in the FSL directory within the container.
