Allow containers subdataset to have a configurable path

Currently containers is always placed in the root of the generated analysis dataset. Ideally, it could go somewhere else, ie code/containers is usually suggested by @yarikoptic and is the recommended location of ReproNim/containers

I might be interested to contribute this (after some other more pressing needs)
