In the original jax update PR 0b95842#diff-e6ab4fddf160607572464ae0724adc6cf2cb437959a8f238382eb0d0befc92f7
I saw an added changelog entry for #2215, but that PR is still draft. Can you remove that changelog entry?
Also, can you add an entry for the jax update? You can consult the previous release's changelog for how we add jax update entries.
Context:
After two bumps of jax version in both Catalyst and Pennylane, here we update pennylane's pinned version back to the latest dev
