Veiled Saplings can replace any solid block

Description

When growing, veiled sapling roots can replace and destroy seemingly any solid block. This should be changed to a tag so veiled saplings can only replace specific natural blocks, such as veiled end stone, normal end stone, veiled logs, and air.
