Larion World Generation causes giant lava slab to spawn just above the void

I work with mods a lot, and I found this issue when adding it to my modpack, did a bunch of tests and found the conflicting mod to be Larion World Generation. Not the biggest issue in the world, but I thought I should let you know.

this is an issue with larion, i've made a PR for them over at ViciousBadger/larion-world-generation#36 to fix this
