This is intended. Logs are meant to be used by resource pack developers to debug their pack and make sure it is fully working. It is possible to only log for blocks with namespaces that match the ID of an installed mod, but that assumes that a mod's ID is the same as its registration namespace and it will prevent logging for blocks with a misspelled namespace.
