Spending a little more time on here this morning and finding more features that are missing that are essential on ticketing systems. I don't see anything tracking due dates or options to set automations based on that (e.g. Ticket has an action due 9/21/2025 at 10:00 a.m., if it goes passed 24 hours send an email to user/group). Project looks good but seems to be lacking a lot of basics (generally speaking, I know enough programming to know nothing is really basic but far from enough to help develop them).
