Specify patient database

Local patient database on the HoloLens:

• Folder structure, one subfolder for each case.
• In each case subfolder there will be metadata .xml file and .obj file

Create an example database in this repository in data folder.

Subfolder name would be internal case ID by default (for example, sdh-001).
