link to howto on continuous integration with Travis

A statement/link setting the toolchain gang opinion, if any, on the best way to continuously integrate a CPAN dist using Github Travis, e.g. [1] or the like would be nice to have.

Good idea. Ideally, with options for people who don't use Github.
