Missing data for 5.42.0 in SELECTED RELEASE SIZES

I was looking at the "SELECTED RELEASE SIZES" section, and noticed that the section on "statistics for the other subdirectories and one file in the Perl source distribution for somewhat more selected releases" was missing an entry for 5.42.0.

I don't know (yet) how this data is computed, this issue is to confirm that we want to add that data there.

@rjbs: since you updated the data for 5.38.0 in cc7e742, maybe you have a script or one-liner to share?

Looking again, the data for 5.40.0 is also missing.
