unable to install under straberry perl

Hello and thanks for your work,

I'm not able to install Alien::DSL on various strawberry perl installations: I tried it directly via cpan client, I downloaded various (old?) packages from http://strawberryperl.com/package/kmx/sdl/
and set SDL_INST_DIR to various folders of the extracted above packages, but with no luck at all.

There is a way to have it installed on strawberry perl?
