Allow gh.io

Hi,

Please remove gh.io from your URL shortener blocklist.
This is an internal URL shortener from GitHub. Only GitHub/Microsoft employees can generate links, which mostly redirect to documentation or GitHub repositories from Microsoft. There is not malware or phishing involved only for legitimate purposes.
Here are some examples:
