Concurrence handling

Hi!

Firstly thank you for this great full text search library. Can I do the indexing (adding files) and searching at the same time? Is the concurrence handled? If not could you suggest please how could I do it?

Hi, indexing and searching at the same time should be possible. However, there are certain limitations.

1. The search will see documents that were previously added to the index.
2. While adding new documents to the index, IndexBuilder keeps data in memory. Once the client calls builder.StopAndWait(), the builder will start updating the existing index. At this point, the search will start seeing new documents, but until the index update is completely finished, search results might be inconsistent.
