[Bug] Two PRINT_START macros for X-Max 3

Hello, macros.cfg for X-Max 3 contains two definitions of PRINT_START macros. Which one is correct?

I am still in the testings and cant decide for the best long term approach.
Both macros will work, but I suggest you take the first one and delete the second.

I'll clean this out hopefully during this week.
