Parsing error in lighttpd.conf

Not sure if this is due to some recent update in the lighttpd package, but I'm seeing an error message when starting ghcr.io/philippmundhenk/brotherscannerdocker:development, and the web server is not accessible:

It seems that the problem stems from some repeated sections at the end of the /etc/lighttpd/lighttpd.conf config file:

url.rewrite-if-not-file = (
    "^/(.*)$" => "/index.php"
)

server.modules += ( "mod_rewrite" )

url.rewrite-if-not-file = (

)

Once I removed them, I could start the server.
