Week 1 Quiz, Section I:1-7

1. Create a new directory called <LastName>_QUIZ in /global/scratch/WRC/
2. Make a Directory called: MyFavouriteWine
3. Add a new file called: <yourFavouriteWine>.txt (for me, right now, it's Malbec.txt)
4. Move this file to your Quiz directory
