GitHub feature that allows for abuse to host phishing lures

I just added a link for a Facebook lure being hosted on GitHub and takes advantage of html-preview.github.io. I think it is a technique worth further investigation. #628 has more details for this specific instance.

And a well known thing, malicious and spyware are also known to be hosted by github.(com|io) just take fingerprinter2 once of the worst privacy invasive spyware out there.
