Queue system

Are there any people that would want queue system in G5?

I could work on that but i want to know if there is anyone wanting this feature

Actually I've been looking into this for the last while here - https://github.com/PhlexPlexico/G5API/tree/queue-integration #315

There's still a few tests that need to be implemented, and some better checks for checking availability of servers, as I think the server pings need new timeouts. Feel free to use this branch and merge into it. I've been pulled aside for another project as of right now so I really only have time to review.

I think the following will still need to be done:

• Integration tests
• Server selection for match creation
• Queue cleanups when a match fully pops
