Description

There is no such weapon in ra2, but we all know singal flare exists and could be used to illuminate or military applications.
Like those image in the movie, flare flies right up to the sky, then slow down and stay for few seconds.
About how it fires, deploy to fire is fine.
i'd thought it's complex,just a suggestion.
