[New Feature] Convert.Deploy in Deployer Infantry

Description:

Please make Convert.Deploy work on infantry tagged with Deployer. Currently, it only works with vehicles since IsSimpleDeployer is not applicable to InfantryTypes.

EDIT 6/1/21: Turns out vehicles can only convert into other vehicles, so only infantry-to-infantry conversion should suffice. I can't really see much use for vehicle-to-infantry and vice versa.
