[New Feature] Detail slider in in-game options

Description:

The detail slider from the menu options in the in-game pause menu options with the speed slider.

Possible Implementation:

Not sure if this should be toggle option or always enabled. If toggle maybe in UI INI?

[UISettings] ;dunno where else it could go
DetailSlider=boolean; default no so no slider in pause menu options like original game.
