Description:
Customizable Locomotor Beam, have the locomotor beam able to change the Jumpjet properties of a unit, such as changing a JumpJetSpeed value to zero. Also make it able to be used on infantry. Flags are listed below.
This would effectively make it so
A) you don't have to make every unit have JumpjetSpeed=0 to have a stunlock magnetron
B) you can have multiple types of locomotor beam units, like a stunlocking magnetron, a speedy pull magnetron, a dramatically slow one for those who need a slower pull to dropkill units, etc
Mental Omega's Magnetron is not what I mean by a stunlocking one, that's an Ares SpeedMultiplier attacheffect iirc
