Description:
A feature that can be used to increase the value of Oil Derricks or any structure with ProduceCashAmount=x .
Possible Implementation:
In this example, if an Oil Derrick gives the player 20$ every time, the value would be modified by 20%, providing the player with 24$ instead. Similar to the Industrial Plant reducing the cost of vehicles. Perhaps it should be applied to both "ProduceCashAmount=" and "ProduceCashStartup=".
