Description:
Just like Overlay Type can serve as a wall, bridge, train track or resource, we'd like to propose usage for Smudge Type as decals.
possible implementation
Idea is to have a layer which always drawn on top of terrain but always under building and units. On this you can add all decor and details such as: stripes, logo, digits, cracks, junk parts, doodads and pebbles reducing amount of TMP types with pre-drawn details
Current issues:
Stripes are Smudges
