Description:
In Yuri's Revenge , if unit has turret , AlternateFLH will always follow the turret rotation . I think maybe some unit need the AlternateFLH don't follow the turret rotation.
Possible Implementation:
In artmd.ini
[SOMEUNIT]
AlternateFLH.Rotate=bool ; def = true , just like Yuri's Revenge , set "false" to disable the rotation .
