Implement some tags to control pacing of the soundtrack in the game by changing music depending on amount of any non-
Insignificant
technotype killed in a [# of frames] window, a superweapon is launched, map event happens, or a TechnoType is created. This is managed by a list in [General] and doesn't change music if one of those songs in that list are already currently playing. See Doom gameplay for more information.Possible Implementation:
