Add info message for phoenicis terminal

If you use Container->engine tools->open a terminal, the terminal will already have those var set and you are able to launch wine with wine.

Don't think that's possible (at least not easily). If you can figure out how we can start a shell with some output (is echo enough?) the rest should be easy.

use printf instead of echo (https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/65803/why-is-printf-better-than-echo)

printf $var will work assuming $var having required value to be outputted.

note that printf don't start on new line so \n on the end of the line is required.
