Two Cameras on usb 3.0 with high res results in "camera lost" with rubik pi 3

Describe the bug
When two cameras are connected to usb 3.0 ports on rubik pi if I set resoltion to more then 640x480 for any of them it disconnects
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect camera to usb 3.0 and set res to 640x480
2. Connect second camera to usb 3.0 and set res to higher then 640x480
3. Second camera gets disconnected

Additional context
When one camera is connected to usb 2.0 and other is connected to 3.0 everything works fine

Can we also get a log export? That should include both journalctl and dmesg logs
