Update the CMake for a more robust build system

[Pikachuxxxx]

• Clean and update the existing engine CMake list
• Make a separate CMake list for the sandbox project add it as a project to the engine
• Add another template CMake for making new games using the engine quickly
• Create a new Editor Project with a CMake build system
