hi, I fixed it half years ago. You need to simultaneously reduce the versions of several packages. i don't know what packages wrong in your PC. so here is my version, u can compare it yourself.

Thanks a lot for sharing the details. I downgraded atomap to 0.3.4 and hyperspy to 1.7.5 and then install temul-toolkit. That fixed my problem.
