Installing plugins doesn't give any indicaation that plugins have finished installation #133
Description
When installing plugin, banner says the following:
'Installing pioreactor-relay-plugin in the background - this may take a minute...'
Page stays the same, no notification that plugin has completed. However, on refresh, the plugin appears in the 'Installed Plugins' list and the 'install plugin' success notification appears in logs on Overview.
