In-Game Overlay not working.

I've tested:

Compatibility mode
Resolutions
In-Game Settings
Cutting Edge
StreamCompanion Settings (In-Game Overlay)

but none of them seem to show the overlay back into osu!. but it shows on the localhost for some odd reason?
