Remove redundant Connect demo components

- Consolidated all functionality into GlobalConnectProvider, TokenGenerationDemo, and AccountConnectionDemo
- Removed multiple smaller components that had overlapping code
- Simplified the component hierarchy
- Reduced code duplication
- Maintained the same functionality in the quickstart docs
