[BUG] LinkedIn components API version update #13965

Describe the bug
The LinkedIn component API version was updated and is refusing to serve the version our components are using:
{"status":426,"code":"NONEXISTENT_VERSION","message":"Requested version 20230901 is not active"}
Need to update the API version and test the components.
