[BUG] AWS DynamoDB Stream Event not emitting all events

Describe the bug
AWS DynamoDB Stream Event trigger
Some events are being skipped for some reason, user created 5 events but the trigger only emitted 2 events.
A small bug fix to recover from a null iterator was implemented but then the issue above started happening.
