[TRIGGER] Chargebee new event trigger is bereft of useful functionality #19378

The chargebee event trigger (can trigger for many types of events) does not expose the event type that was actually received. This omission alone renders this trigger nearly useless. The event "occurred_at" field is also not included, the pipedream timestamp is not an adequate substitute.
Also the ui does not show the trigger URL anywhere for this trigger type. Its just... bad.
