If you are having an issue or your device is unresponsive, Pirate MIDI staff may advise you to do a manual firmware recovery. Instructions for BridgeOS devices' manual update process is found on this page.
If your device is not a BridgeOS device, you will need to use one of the following GitHub repos to get the appropriate firmware:
Click "issues" and browse to make sure your issue is not already documented. Duplicated issues may be merged/removed.

Please follow the template provided to give us all the information we need to accurately and reliably reproduce your issue. If there is not enough information, we can't nail down the issue.
